A leading manufacturer of nonwoven products is looking for an Engineering Manager for one of automative nonwoven lines. The Engineering Manager will lead efforts to develop and support all production, facilities and process development activities for a busy manufacturing plant and division headquarters near Hangzhou China.
A 4-year technical degree from an accredited university
5+ years of experience as Plant Engineer, Maintenance Supervisor or similar
Direct leadership of Electricians, Mechanics, Technicians or similar
Strong knowledge of nonwoven or textile manufacturing equipment and processes
Experience with Siemens and Lenze controllers and drives
Capital project management
Implementation of TPM
Industrial networking preferred
PC programming preferred
Strong communication skills
Travel < 10%
